FedEx ships within 3-5 business days. *Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm. * Working days are: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays or weekends). * Orders not shipped on weekends or holidays. Occasionally some delivery delays occur. Sometimes the courier will deliver in batches. If the remainder of your order does not arrive by the next business day, please email usa@petscosset.com with the missing items and we will follow up with the courier to ensure everything gets to you as quickly as possible .

Is It Easy to Assembly?
It’s super easy to assemble. We recommend 45 minutes for 2 people. All you need is a hand screwdriver or cordless drill. All of our cages come flat pack – it comes with ample illustrated manual. The screws are in a labeled plastic bag. The panels are stamped and ready to be screwed together. Many have dowel bars that fit nicely into the pre-drilled holes (the pre-drilled holes will prevent any cracks and stay strong while keeping the wood intact). Can I Use Expedite Shipping Way?
We are currently only using standard shipping for all orders due to the size and weight of packages. If you need a product urgently, please contact our service team at usa@petscosset.com for priority ordering.
Do you ship to my area?
We strive to ship to every address in the United States. However, it is not available in some remote or hard-to-reach areas (such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands). (There is no delivery service to the locations above. We also do not ship to FPOs, APOs, or PO Boxes. If you are not sure if delivery is possible to your address, please contact us by mail.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with Tracking #. You can track the package status through the express website, or click HERE. Or feel free to email usa@petscosset.com.
Do I Need to be Home for the Delivery?
No – we can organize an authority to leave the delivery, so you don’t need to be home, and the courier will leave it in a safe place. If you would, however, prefer to be a sign only, we can also arrange this.
